lives as they age.

• Provide services to ensure that our affiliates maintain their health and vitality.

• Support our affiliates’ efforts to maintain and improve their health, and motivate them to involve themselves in maintaining their own well being.

• In case of illness, to provide extended services at home, ensuring the continuity of our affiliates’ quality of life –
without the stress of hospitalization or constant visits to the doctor’s office.

• No intervention in the doctor-patient relationship. The affiliate should always feel free to consult his doctor and the doctor in the liberty to offer his professional opinion.
